Our wig product is made from Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. In general, the recommended temperature is around 70-90 ℃, as high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to hold the color for a long period of time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

The steps for wearing the wig are as follows: gently comb with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, adjust the inner net buckle, and secure the wig in place.

To clean and care for the wig, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, gently shake to regain its style, and allow it to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are common issues with wigs, especially when worn for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to brush the hair from ends to roots to prevent shedding and tangling. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers.

The hairstyle and color of the wig may vary slightly between batches, as all wigs are trimmed by hand. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Additionally, colors may vary depending on computer monitor or cellphone settings.

Please note that due to packaging and transportation, the wig may be out of shape when received. Simply comb or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original shape.

Factors such as computer monitors, lighting, camera pixels, and individual color perception may cause slight color differences.

The wig cap size has a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches (51-53 cm) with a normal error range of 1-2 cm, and the size is adjustable.
